Birth Preparation &
Postpartum Recovery

Pregnancy and postpartum are seasons of incredible change. Your body is designed for this journey, but it doesn’t mean you have to walk it alone. At Live Zena, I offer compassionate, whole-body care to prevent & treat pain, prepare your body for birth and support your healing afterward.

What is Prenatal + Postpartum Care?

Pregnancy and postpartum bring significant changes to your body. We support you before and after birth with individualized care that promotes healing, movement, pelvic health, and long-term wellness.

If you're experiencing pelvic floor symptoms, your care may also include elements of our Integrative Pelvic Health approach.

Is Prenatal + Postpartum Care for Me?

Just about every expectant or postpartum mother can benefit from this type of care, especially if you are:

  • Planning for pregnancy and wanting to prepare your body

  • Pregnant and experiencing discomfort or pelvic pain

  • Recovering after birth

  • Managing abdominal separation (diastasis recti)

  • Returning to exercise safely

  • Experiencing urinary leakage or pelvic pressure

  • Looking for guidance on movement during pregnancy

  • Seeking support beyond the standard six-week postpartum visit
