Nice to meet you
Hi, I’m Milica (“Miki”) Eaton, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pelvic Health Clinician. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered in their health journeys. At Live Zena, I specialize in pelvic floor related conditions, womenʼs sexual health, hormone balance, and holistic care for preparing for and healing from pregnancy and birth.
I’m also a wife, mom of four, and fitness enthusiast. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of balancing health, family, and self-care, which is why I’m so dedicated to helping women feel confident and empowered in their own journeys.
My Approach to Women’s Health
Live Zena offers compassionate, whole-person care for women navigating pelvic floor dysfunction, sexual health concerns, hormonal changes, and life transitions such as pregnancy & postpartum. We believe women deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported — not rushed or dismissed. Our cash-pay practice focuses on education, root-cause healing, and empowering women to reconnect with their bodies and well-being.
The Live Zena Healing Pathway
The Live Zena Healing Pathway is a structured care experience designed for women who want thoughtful, compassionate, root-cause care.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, this pathway looks at the whole picture, including pelvic health, hormones, the nervous system, and lifestyle factors. Care is collaborative and allows time for education, understanding, and meaningful progress.
We move through three intentional phases:
-
Understand — clarifying what’s driving symptoms and creating a personalized plan
-
Restore — supporting healing through targeted care, education, and appropriate medical or functional tools
-
Integrate — reassessing progress and building a sustainable plan moving forward
This pathway is ideal for women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, perimenopause and hormone concerns, or are preparing for or healing from birth and ready to actively participate in their healing process.
My Education & Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian University in Indiana and spent several years practicing as an Emergency/Trauma nurse. I was inspired to shift into the Women's Health space after experiencing my first pregnancy and birth.
I completed my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Cincinnati. My advanced training focused on obstetrics and gynecology, pelvic health, and sexual medicine, with a clinical emphasis in urogynecology and sexual medicine.
Certifications: Certified Pelvic Health Clinician, Menopause Society Provider, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach & advanced training in myofascial release techniques.

My Mission at Live Zena
My mission is to transform women’s healthcare through education, advocacy, and compassionate pelvic health that honors both body and mind. Every woman deserves the tools and support to thrive in her health and well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of four, and fitness enthusiast. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of balancing health, family, and self-care — which is why I’m so passionate about helping other women feel empowered in their own journeys.
