Hi, I’m Milica (“Miki”) Eaton, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Pelvic Health Clinician. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered in their health journeys. At Live Zena, I specialize in pelvic floor therapy, women’s health, hormone balance, and holistic care for preparing for and healing from pregnancy and birth.
I’m also a wife, mom of four, and fitness enthusiast. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of balancing health, family, and self-care, which is why I’m so dedicated to helping women feel confident and empowered in their own journeys.
My Approach to Women’s Health
As a pelvic floor specialist, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and certified hormone therapy provider, I bring together advanced medical training and a whole-person approach to care. My goal is to address the root cause of women’s health concerns from pelvic pain and postpartum recovery to hormonal changes, rather than just managing symptoms.
How My Journey Began
My path to pelvic medicine began after the birth of my first child, when I realized how little information and support were available to women about preparing for and healing from birth. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in women’s health and dedicate my work to helping women restore confidence, strength, and balance at every stage of life.
My Education & Experience
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked for several years as an ER/Trauma nurse. I earned my Women’s Health NP degree from the University of Cincinnati, where I studied OB/GYN and sexual medicine, and later practiced in urogynecology. These experiences shaped my commitment to creating a women’s health practice where patients feel heard, supported, and guided through personalized care.




My Mission at Live Zena
Today, I combine my background in medical training with integrative, whole-body strategies. My mission is to transform women’s healthcare through education, advocacy, and compassionate pelvic floor therapy that honors both body and mind. Every woman deserves the tools and support to thrive in her health and well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of four, and fitness enthusiast. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of balancing health, family, and self-care — which is why I’m so passionate about helping other women feel empowered in their own journeys.
